Privacy Policy

Endless Caffeine (“we,” “us”) operates the Endless Caffeine website and iOS app. This policy describes what we collect, why, and your choices. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to take your order and run your rewards — we don’t sell data, we don’t run ads, and we don’t track you across other apps or websites.
What we collect
- Email address — your sign-in and account identifier (we email you a 6-digit code instead of using passwords). If you use Sign in with Apple, Apple shares your email or a private relay address.
- Name — shown on your order ticket so we can call your order.
- Phone number (optional) — only if you add it in your profile; used to match your loyalty account when you purchase in-store at our point of sale.
- Birthday (optional) — only if you add it; used to give you a birthday drink.
- Orders and rewards activity — the items you order, your loyalty stars, and rewards, so your history and progress work.
- Device push token (optional) — only if you enable notifications, so we can send order and announcement notifications.
We do not collect payment information — you pay at the counter. We do not collect your location, contacts, or photos. We use no advertising or analytics trackers.
How we use it
To operate ordering and pickup, run the rewards program, and (if you opt in) send you order updates and shop announcements. Orders you place are transmitted to our point-of-sale system (Toast) so our staff can prepare them; the order includes your name and, if provided, your phone number for loyalty matching. We share data with no one else, and we never sell it.
Marketing
Marketing messages are strictly opt-in (a switch in your profile) and you can turn them off any time.
Retention & deletion
Your account data is kept while your account is active. Delete your account any time in the app (Profile → Delete account) or by emailing us — this permanently removes your account, profile, order history, and rewards. Inactive accounts are expired automatically after about 13 months.
Children
Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We’ll post any changes to this page with a new effective date.
